These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the steadfastlaw.sbs website and the legal services offered by Steadfast Law. By accessing our website or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Steadfast Law provides legal consultation and representation services. Purchasing a consultation or package establishes a service engagement but does not, by itself, create an attorney-client relationship until a formal engagement is confirmed in writing and any conflicts check is cleared.

No Legal Advice Until Engaged

Information on this website is for general informational purposes and is not legal advice. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome.

Fees & Payment

Fees are stated in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are payable through our secure processor, Stripe. Flat-fee packages cover the scope described on the relevant service page. Additional work outside that scope may incur additional fees, which will be communicated in advance.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and to cooperate in a timely manner so we can deliver services effectively.

Cancellations & Refunds

Please see our Refunds Policy. Consultation appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled subject to the notice periods described there.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Steadfast Law is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
