We want you to feel confident engaging Steadfast Law. This Refunds Policy explains when and how refunds are issued. All amounts are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and refunds are processed to your original payment method via Stripe.
Consultations
- If you cancel a scheduled consultation at least 24 hours in advance, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations within 24 hours may receive a partial refund or a rescheduled session at our discretion.
- If we are unable to hold your consultation, you will receive a 100% refund.
Service Packages
- Before work begins, you may cancel a purchased package for a full refund.
- Once work has begun, refunds are prorated based on work completed. Unused portions of a flat fee are refundable.
- Court filing fees and third-party costs already incurred are non-refundable.
How to Request a Refund
Email contact@steadfastlaw.sbs with your order details. We review all requests promptly and typically issue eligible refunds within 5–10 business days.
