Payment Policy

This Payment Policy describes how payments are handled for services purchased from Steadfast Law.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and other methods supported by our payment processor, Stripe. All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Secure Processing

Payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified provider. Your card details are transmitted directly to Stripe over encrypted connections and are never stored on our servers.

Billing

Consultation fees and flat-fee packages are charged at the time of purchase.
For ongoing matters, retainer or milestone billing terms will be agreed in your engagement letter.
You will receive an emailed receipt for every payment.

Currency & Taxes

Prices are listed in USD. Any applicable taxes will be shown at checkout where required.

Failed or Disputed Payments

If a payment fails, we may pause work until payment is resolved. For any billing questions or disputes, contact contact@steadfastlaw.sbs before initiating a chargeback so we can help.
